About Baird & Baird, P.S.C.
Our predecessor firms were Baird & Hays (William J. Baird and Edward Hays) from 1947 to 1972 and Baird & Baird, P.S.C. from 1972 to January, 1991. The senior member of all of those firms was William J. Baird who practiced law in Pikeville from 1937 until his death in October, 1987 with five years of service in the F.B.I. during World War II.
