My goal is to provide you with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that you have provided appropriately and effectively for the loved ones you leave behind. I believe that everyone's situation is unique, so everyone's estate plan should be tailored to their situation. My most frequent case is a young family that is interested in setting up an estate plan. Their primary goal is usually nominating a guardian for their children if something should happen to them. We then look at their entire family situation and decide on a comprehensive plan that works for their family. Again, every family is different and I approach each case with that mindset. My most frequent probate case is simple. Someone's loved one has passed and the survivor, whether it is a child, spouse, or sibling, needs help on what to do next.
