Johnston, Hinesley, Flowers, Clenney, and Turner, P.C. was founded in 1978 as the first law firm specializing in tax law in southeast Alabama. We represent a broad spectrum of individuals, entrepreneurs and commercial and industrial entities. Our firm has intentionally limited the focus of our offered services to business and tax-related matters and individual tax and asset planning. We believe our firm offers a unique environment for our clients where they may establish new businesses, maintain and improve existing businesses and protect their hard-earned assets. We have offered counsel to multi-national conglomerates as well as domestic and foreign corporations.
