Oliver Maner was founded in Savannah, Georgia, in 1897 when Judge H.D.D. Twiggs and Francis McDonald Oliver formed a partnership then known as Twiggs and Oliver. Since then, Oliver Maner has grown to one of the largest law firms in Southeast Georgia. Along the way, our firm's trial attorneys established a reputation of success with courtroom victories in challenging cases throughout Southeast Georgia. Likewise, our transactional attorneys have been successful in representing clients in many complex business transactions, as well as tax and estate matters.
