About Peter J. Tomao

We represent clients in criminal and civil litigation in federal and state courts. We appear principally in courts in the New York metropolitan areas and participate in a network of attorneys who can provide legal services anywhere in the United States. As a sole practitioner, I give personal attention to each client. I work closely with other attorneys, investigators, accountants and others to provide high quality professional services. As a former federal prosecutor, I have experience conducting sophisticated investigations. I am able to draw on private investigators, including former FBI, IRS and other federal agents and retired police detectives to assist me.
