Aaron D. Bundy

Since 2006, I have served as an advisor and legal counsel to individuals and families across a wide geographic region, including communities from Dallas to St. Louis. My practice focuses on Family Law matters, including divorce and child custody disputes that directly affect family relationships, financial stability, and long-term planning. I also represent clients in complex guardianship cases, particularly those involving multi-state or international considerations.

Practicing law has been my professional goal since an early age. I was born and raised in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, a close-knit community with a long history of accomplished trial lawyers. Growing up, I followed major courtroom cases reported in the local newspaper, which shaped my interest in litigation and advocacy. Those early influences continue to guide my work today as an attorney serving clients in Sapulpa and throughout Oklahoma.

The early years of my legal career were shaped by hands-on learning and mentorship. While law school provided a foundation, meaningful growth came through practical experience and guidance from seasoned attorneys. That process ultimately led to the formation of Bundy Law alongside colleagues who value ongoing professional development and collaborative problem-solving. I am admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and maintain membership with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), allowing me to stay informed on developments in trust law and asset planning. This background helps me analyze financial issues that often arise in divorce, custody, and guardianship cases.
