After graduating from Duke Law School in 2000, he began his legal career in New York, focusing on defense litigation and appellate work across various jurisdictions in the United States. In 2005, Adam returned to North Carolina with his family and, by early 2006, established his own law firm, which has seen significant growth over the years. Initially located on Muirs Chapel Road, the firm relocated to Pisgah Church Road in 2008 and later moved to its own building on West Market Street in 2013. By 2017, the firm expanded to a second building dedicated exclusively to its immigration law practice.
