Adam R. Elgart

I was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1994, and began my practice out of my apartment while studying for the Delaware bar. In 1996, I joined a prominent Philadelphia practice as their Delaware attorney, and represented many clients to the Superior Court of Delaware providing representation on personal injury litigation. I graduated Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey. I spent my junior year in Florence, Italy, and attended in Universita di Firenze, falcolta di magistero. In law school, I attended summer classes at the Universita di Padova. I am proficient in Italian. I'm a member of Phi Beta Kappa. I have practiced in all facets of law, real estate, transactions, business sales, minor criminal, traffic court, DUI, and civil litigation. I am glad to have been of service to any client, but am particularly proud of winning DUI jury trial in Chester County, Pennsylvania. I am an active member of the Knights of Columbus, and an officer in its council. I have raised money for charities benefiting wounded service men and women, as well as families of those killed on active duty, fallen police officers, breast cancer research and perinatal bereavement and palliative care.
