Adam S. Malamut

Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and United States District Court in 1999, Mr. Malamut established himself as a reliable and reputable attorney, who zealously advocates for his clients.

Early in his career, Mr. Malamut earned recognition for his success as a trial attorney, both in criminal defense, as well as plaintiff civil matters. This recognition and success made Mr. Malamut a highly sought after attorney, by individuals, companies, and governmental agencies seeking counsel in a variety of areas, including but not limited to Redevelopment Agreements, Election Law, Labor and Employment Law, Workers’ Compensation, Business Development, Land Use, Procurement, Public Finance, Solid Waste, Utilities, Administrative and Regulatory action and enforcement, and Education Law.

Mr. Malamut has been appointed and served as Municipal Hearing Officer, Public Defender, and Prosecutor in more than fifteen (15) municipalities. Perhaps his proudest award is Mr. Malamut’s 2015 prestigious Civil Rights Award from the Willingboro and Vicinity Chapter of the NAACP.

Mr. Malamut is a member of the Camden County Bar Association, Burlington County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), and National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL).
