About Alan S. Fellheimer

Alan Fellheimer, the founding partner of Fellheimer & Eichen LLP, specializes in commercial litigation, appeals, and corporate workouts and restructuring. After serving in the United States Army Intelligence Corp during the Vietnam War, Mr. Fellheimer received his J.D. degree from Temple University Law School where he graduated summa cum laude, first in his class and Editor-in-Chief of the Temple Law Quarterly. In addition to a legal career spanning nearly 40 years, Mr. Fellheimer served as chairman and CEO of a NYSE-listed bank holding company with assets of $4 billion from 1985 to 1991. He presently serves on the board of directors and audit committee of a NYSE company. Beyond his regular practice, Mr. Fellheimer is a speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. He has also lectured at the Temple University School of Law in the areas of debtors' rights and creditors' remedies, bankruptcy and its alternatives, corporate reorganization, the Uniform Commercial Code, and representation of small and medium-size businesses. Currently, he is a member of the Temple University President's Advisory Board, as well as a trustee of the Temple University Law Foundation. He is also member of Gratz College Board of Directors and Governor's Executive Committee.
