Alex Miller

Alex Miller is a partner with RMP LLP and has been with the firm since July 2006, becoming a partner in January 2012. He earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Arkansas State University, his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of San Diego. Based in Springdale, Arkansas, Mr. Miller’s practice focuses on Tax Law and Business Organizations, including LLCs and partnerships.

Mr. Miller assists individuals, families, and business owners with tax planning and compliance matters at both the federal and state levels. His work includes advising on entity selection and formation, ongoing tax considerations for business operations, and transactional matters involving closely held businesses. He regularly counsels clients on issues related to partnerships and limited liability companies, as well as tax aspects of real estate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and business dispositions.

In addition, Mr. Miller represents individual and corporate taxpayers in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities, including matters before the U.S. Tax Court. His background in accounting and advanced tax education allows him to address complex tax issues for clients in Springdale and throughout Arkansas, while providing practical guidance aligned with their business and financial goals.
