Alex S. Rodger

Alex Rodger is a Cincinnati commercial litigation attorney and focuses on a wide range of complex commercial and business litigation, including class action defense. As a member of Strauss Troy’s litigation group, Alex brings significant trial experience to his practice, having successfully handled both jury and bench trials across a wide range of legal issues. His work spans contract disputes, business torts, and high-stakes commercial litigation in both state and federal court.

Alex has earned recognition for his advocacy from Super Lawyers and the Ohio State Bar Association. In 2015, he was one of only two attorneys statewide to receive the Rising Litigator Award from the OSBA’s litigation section.
