Alexander M. Razi

Alexander Razi’s practice is focused primarily on insurance coverage, including matters reported under directors and officers liability, professional liability, errors and omissions, and employment practices liability policies issued to public and private companies and financial institutions.

Mr. Razi has represented industry-leading insurance carriers as coverage and monitoring counsel in connection with a wide variety of claims, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, employment practices actions, ERISA class actions, and SEC and other governmental investigations. As part of that representation, Mr. Razi’s work has included analyzing and opining on complex coverage issues, drafting coverage position letters, drafting and negotiating settlement and release agreements, and attending mediations on behalf of carriers.
