Alex is experienced in a wide-array of complex civil and securities litigations and enforcement actions. Alex has represented clients in numerous FINRA arbitrations, multibillion-dollar civil securities litigations, bet-the-company SEC investigations, multibillion-dollar acquisition-related commercial disputes, and on 100+ million-dollar contract disputes.
