Allan S. Bronstein

Allan is a partner in our Business Law and Corporate Finance Groups. He has built his practice by advising clients on corporate finance and corporate/commercial legal issues. He is a recognized team player who likes to think outside the box to solve specific client challenges. Clients select Allan for his creativity, responsiveness and cost-effective counsel.

Allan provides counsel on transactions as well as day-to-day activities for a wide range of clients, including manufacturers, distributors, developers, venture capital firms, private equity/merchant banks and many others.

His corporate experience includes the successful completion of numerous complex transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financing, private placements, corporate reorganizations, and private equity-sponsored deals. Allan provides advice in matters related to general corporate governance and shareholder disputes.

Allan’s securities law experience includes public offering, private placement and independent committee mandates.
