Ms. Hymel completed an undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland and law studies at Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. Upon graduation she was employed of counsel to a law firm in New Orleans where she assisted in class action litigation and also handled matters relating to family law.
