Amanda S. Keller

Amanda Keller is a senior attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. She handles all stages of litigation with a focus on restrictive covenants, trade secrets and insurance coverage matters.

Amanda has advised surplus lines insurance carriers and their managing agents on complex third-party coverage matters within London Market, and counseled liability insurers regarding best practices for claims involving excess exposure and bad faith. She also has assisted in the defense and prosecution of federal and state court declaratory judgment actions regarding insurance coverage for catastrophic third-party claims, as well as analyzed and advised insurers on the interpretation of policy language and rights and obligations of insurers and the insureds under policies of insurance. Amanda has litigated complex coverage matters related to coverage disputes with respect to a wide range of policies and issues.
