Amy E. Korn

Prior to joining MCB, Amy was an associate attorney at a New York law firm where she represented lenders and financial institutions in residential and commercial real estate disputes and specialized in tax lien foreclosure litigation. She also completed an internship at the Economic Justice/Matrimonial Project, where she assisted domestic violence victims in obtaining economic support, child custody, and divorces.

Amy is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, their highest rating.* She has received Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America recognition for Medical Malpractice Law - Defendants since 2021. Attorneys receiving this honor are recognized by their peers early in their careers for outstanding professional excellence.
