Amy is an experienced business professional and licensed attorney who provides comprehensive legal strategies and solutions for organizations and individuals. With a sharp focus on managing risk and resolving legal issues, she takes a personalized approach to each client’s case. As a former safety professional, her expertise includes a deep knowledge of OSHA regulations. She provides effective representation at the agency level, including the DOL, OSHA, and NH Human Rights Commission, as well as in mediation and court.

Amy is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and a Certified Cybersecurity Professional (CCP) with a keen interest in technology and AI. She teaches at the University of New Hampshire (UNH) and delivers professional workshops on Employment Law, OSHA Regulations, Investigations, Accommodations, Leave Laws, Workers’ Compensation, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, AI, and more. Her engaging presentations are sought after by both local and national organizations, including the National Business Institute (NBI).

Amy’s educational background includes a Juris Doctor and Certificate in Information Privacy Law from the University of Maine School of Law, complemented by dual graduate MBA and MSOL degrees and a dual BA in Human Resources and Psychology. She is committed to professional development and is a Board Member and Membership Director for the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association (NHWBA) and a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association (NHBA), the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2), the Seacoast HR Association (SHRA), and the Greater Concord HR Association (HRAGC).
