Andréa Horvath is committed to understanding the industry in which each client operates. As a shareholder in the Real Estate practice, clients rely on her to analyze and develop responses to transaction and development-related real estate matters. She helps to deliver a range of legal services during the life cycle of a real estate transaction, from letters of intent, through contraction negotiation, due diligence, financing and closing.

Andréa also brings extensive experience advising clients in the development, operation and governance of mixed-use, resort and common interest communities. She has worked with both developers and associations to navigate the unique legal challenges associated with these complex developments, including advising on governance structures and addressing compliance with state and local regulations.
