Andrea Fields

Andie Fields is an Associate Attorney with the Genie Harrison Law Firm. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Andie earned her undergraduate degree from University of California, Davis where she majored in Communications. Andie returned to Los Angeles and received her law degree from Southwestern Law School. Andie has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star from 2020 to 2026.

While in law school, Andie’s focus was entertainment law obtaining highly coveted Business and Legal Affairs externships at internationally recognized entertainment studios. She worked closely with in-house counsel in large transactional matters learning the ins and outs of entertainment transactional law. As a result, Andie has refined her ability to analyze complex legal problems and offer innovative solutions.

After law school, Andie obtained a position working in business and commercial litigation. Soon after, Andie shifted her focus entirely to enforcing employee rights in the workplace working on anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour cases.

Andie has successfully negotiated numerous high value settlements against private and government employers, including a $100 million settlement, plus programmatic relief in the McCracken v. Riot Games class action. Andie has extensive experience in discovery and motion practice, in both individual and class action cases.

In her spare time, Andie is an avid reader, enjoys kayaking, running, and traveling.

Andie is admitted before all Courts in the state of California and Federal Court.
