Andrew H. Wiles

Andrew H. Wiles joined Wiles & Wiles, LLP in May, 2021. He has worked in financial regulations in the Washington, DC area since graduating from law school in 2015.

After graduating from The Walker School in Marietta, GA, Mr. Wiles attended the University of Georgia where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the Terry College of Business and a B.A. in Political Science from the School of Public & International Affairs. In 2015, he graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Since law school, Andrew has worked at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) where he conducted insider trading investigations and reviewed public stock offering documents, associated contracts, and broker-dealer statements to determine compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations. During law school, Andrew was sworn in as an officer of the court under Georgia's Student Practice Rule and conducted preliminary hearings, guilty pleas, probation revocations and made charging decisions in Georgia Superior Court while working for the Gwinnett County District Attorney's Office. Additionally, Andrew spent time working at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's (FDIC) Legal Division in the Contracting & Risk Management Unit and at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission in the Division of Enforcement as part of a trial team.
