Andrew McCullough is a skilled lawyer that understands the delicate balance between the inherent complexity in commercial transactions and a client’s need for practical solutions. He has extensive experience with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions in the Carolinas and throughout the Southeast.

Andrew handles the usual array of commercial real estate work – acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, financing, development, and management of a variety of property types. He represents developers, brokers, property managers, investors, builders, and more. He also regularly represents companies whose primary business is not real estate, but own or lease real estate, and realize the impact that real estate decisions have on their business.

In addition to commercial real estate matters, Andrew provides general business counsel to individuals and companies from start-up and formation, to exit planning, and everything in between.

Clients rely on Andrew to be their advisor – he handles their transactions, but also provides advice and guidance on many issues related to their business. He doesn’t seek to represent everyone, or handle every transaction he can.
