Sher is a graduate from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business, (B.B.A, 1991) and The University of Houston Law Center (J.D., 1993). Sher is licensed to practice law in Texas (1994) and Colorado (1995). Special Assistant Attorney General of the State of New Mexico (1997-2003), under Attorney General Patricia A.
