About Andy Goldstein

Andy Goldstein has a distinct legal, technology, political science, and musical background that provides him valuable strategic tools when resolving the complex issues our clients face. Andy represents clients in a broad range of challenging legal matters and vigorously defends their interests from the inception of their case through trial litigation and appellate courts. Born and raised near St. Louis, MO, Andy focuses his practice in matters involving immigration, family law, government and administrative law, and business disputes. He also assists clients in litigation and non litigation matters involving government agencies, deportation and removal defense, immigration petitions, professional licensure, board investigations, administrative hearings and appeals, health law, contracts, real and personal property, estate contests, guardianships, conservatorships, advanced directives, political campaigns, legal permanent residence, and naturalization.

Throughout his immigration and family law practice, Andy advises clients on the most strategic ways to accomplish their goals while minimizing legal risk regarding their immigration status and family members. Andy is dedicated to protecting the rights of his clients while assisting them in resolving delicate and complicated legal scenarios. His empathy allows him to understand the seriousness of his clients’ cases, while his intellect and strategic thinking help his clients navigate their cases with wisdom and prudence. Andy’s clients benefit from his intersectional knowledge on how the worlds of family law, immigration law, and administrative law can collide.

In his practice of administrative law, Andy advises and advocates for his clients in legal matters regarding regulatory compliance, professional licensure and discipline, board investigations, zoning, business licensing, and more. Andy is committed to protecting his clients from government sanctions that seek to undermine or destroy the work his clients have spent their entire lives creating. Andy ardently represents his clients as they navigate complicated issues throughout all levels of the government bureaucracy, and he is committed to protecting his clients from the harsh and arbitrary actions government agencies can take against them. Andy helps his clients stand their ground in the face of powerful government action, safeguards their rights to due process, and protects their businesses and livelihoods from unlawful government deprivations.

Andy’s clients will benefit from his strategic thinking, hard work ethic, keen intellect, zealous advocacy, objectivity, and discipline. While Andy understands the benefits of resolving private, sensitive, or high stakes legal problems through negotiation rather than court involvement, his strong advocacy skills ensure that he is always prepared to vigorously litigate his clients’ cases in court when necessary.
