Angela Connor

Angela Connor is a Partner in the Houston, Texas office of Peckar & Abramson PC. She is board-certified in construction law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and concentrates her practice on business litigation, construction dispute resolution, and contract negotiation. Her work is focused on providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance to clients navigating complex construction and commercial matters.

Angela represents participants across the construction industry, including general contractors, project owners, subcontractors, sureties, and suppliers. Her practice regularly involves construction-related disputes concerning mechanic’s liens, payment and performance bonds, contract interpretation, collections, delay and impact claims, and alleged construction defects. She also assists clients with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and performs contract risk assessment and risk management for projects of varying scope and delivery methods.

With experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in Texas state courts, federal courts, and arbitration proceedings, Angela has handled a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters. She is mindful of efficiency and cost considerations and works with clients to pursue strategies aligned with their business objectives.

Angela earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston. While in law school, she served as President of the Student Bar Association and graduated cum laude.
