REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

• Edge-on-Hudson, Sleepy Hollow. Located at the former GM Assembly Plant site in Sleepy Hollow, Edge-on-Hudson is a large, complex, multi-use development consisting of residential, retail, and commercial uses, along with a waterfront park and related amenities. Ms Carlson has worked on the project since 2015, representing the developer doing complex construction financing, sales of portions of the project to third-parties, commercial condominium development, and numerous other transactions associated with this complex project.

• Hamilton Green, White Plains. This mixed-use development consists of residential and retail uses. Ms. Carlson has represented the developer in the creation of a commercial condominium for the project and in financing of the project.

• Additional Projects. Ms. Carlson has also worked on such major developments in Westchester County as the White Plains City Center and Renaissance Square in White Plains, Trump Plaza and Palmer Square in New Rochelle, and Kendall on Hudson in Sleepy Hollow. She has also represented banks in multi-state real estate financing transactions.
