Ann K. Molloy

Ann Molloy advises individuals, families, and fiduciaries in matters pertaining to estate planning, asset preservation, and inter-generational wealth transfer—including business succession planning; income, gift, and estate tax planning; and charitable giving. After graduating from law school, Ann served as a law clerk to the Honorable C. Donald Peterson of the Minnesota Supreme Court and worked for a private law firm in Minneapolis. She joined Mountain Dearborn in 1989.
