AnnaDanielle Carter

With nearly 30 years of legal experience, AnnaDanielle Carter serves as the Community Association Practice Group Chair at Hamilton Mikes, P.A., leading the firm’s core focus on community association law. She is a trusted advisor known for her deep expertise in operational, governance, and corporate decision-making issues, as well as a proven track record as a civil litigator in state, appellate, and federal courts.

AnnaDanielle has represented hundreds of condominium, homeowner, and cooperative associations throughout Florida, providing strategic guidance on a wide range of legal matters.

She advises boards of directors on fiduciary duties, budgeting and reserves, regulatory compliance, vendor and construction contracts, covenant enforcement, fair housing compliance, document amendments, dispute resolution, day-to-day operations, and corporate governance. Her steady, solutions-oriented approach and responsiveness make her a valued partner for communities navigating complex challenges.

An active member of The Florida Bar and its Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section, AnnaDanielle is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling at Westminster Theological Seminary, AnnaDanielle seeks to integrate compassionate care with professional insight.

Beyond her legal and academic pursuits, she is passionate about mentorship and community impact. She leads women’s ministry groups at her church and volunteers as a puppy raiser for Dogs, Inc. (f/k/a Southeastern Guide Dogs), a role she shares with her daughter. This balance of professional excellence and heartfelt service underscores her commitment to making a meaningful difference locally and globally.

AnnaDanielle earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University. Through her evolving work in law and service, she continues to set a standard of thoughtful leadership and innovation.
