Anne J. Crochet

Anne Crochet represents business and industry by providing environmental regulatory compliance advice, securing environmental permits, defending enforcement actions, and protecting interests through litigation. Ms. Crochet counsels generators, manufacturers, recyclers, transporters, owners/operators of treatment, storage and disposal facilities, and a major Superfund site in the areas of air, water, solid and hazardous waste management, and soil and groundwater remediation. She also provides advice in commercial and real estate transactions as to environmental obligations, protections, and permit transfers. She has extensive experience in media relations and crisis management. Ms. Crochet was selected by her peers as "Environmental Litigation Lawyer of the Year in Baton Rouge" in the Best Lawyers in America® 2020 rankings. This was the second time Ms. Crochet has received the top honor in addition to her 2014 selection. “Lawyer of the Year” recognitions are awarded to individual attorneys with the highest overall peer feedback for a specific practice area and geographic location.
