Annie’s knowledge and experience in municipal areas includes code enforcement issues, ordinance review and drafting, land use violations, land use agreements, civil municipal litigation, municipal prosecution, data practices, law enforcement trainings, and vehicle forfeitures.
A recent graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Annie has served as a certified student attorney for our office since January of 2019. Throughout law school, she worked as a certified student attorney for the Ramsey County Public Defender’s Office and Mitchell Hamline Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners Clinic.
