His personal injury practice spans a wide range of areas, including automobile and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, mass torts, and other complex injury-related matters.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Patterson has obtained numerous million-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. He played a significant role in securing compensation for victims of the Indiana State Fair Sugarland stage collapse, where he served as Plaintiffs’ Liaison Counsel in the litigation.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, where he previously served as Indiana State Committee Chair, and is a past president of the Indiana Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Mr. Patterson also serves on the Executive Committee of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, where he is a sustaining member. Additionally, he is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Boone County Bar Association, where he served as President in 2000.
