Antonella Penta

Antonella Penta is a partner within the Corporate/Commercial law group. Antonella is effective in leading negotiations and realizing private company mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions. Antonella regularly manages cross-border and international transactions, corporate reorganizations and private placement financings. She has assisted companies in various industries from initial stages of incorporation to divestiture, including structuring, drafting of shareholder and partnership agreements, as well as drafting various commercial agreements.

Antonella’s experience in commercial law enables her to understand and master both the legal issues that clients may face and the issues unique to their industry. She has the necessary expertise to guide you at each step of your projects so that you are able to achieve your business objectives.

Prior to joining Fasken, Antonella was vice-president and general counsel with an innovative technology enterprise. She has close to 20 years of practice at a national firms and has practiced in both Quebec and Ontario.
