Mr. Lipinski was a publishing note-writer for the Valparaiso University Law Review (Combating Government Corruption: Suing the Federal Government Via a Proposed Amendment to the Civil RICO Statute, 46 VAL. U. L. REV. 169 (2011)) and was honored as Valparaiso Law Review's Case Comment Competition winner for receiving the highest score in the Law Review's write-on competition. He was also a member of the Hispanic Law Student Association.
Mr. Lipinski is licensed to practice in the State of Indiana and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, International Society of Business Leaders, and Young Professionals of Central Indiana.
A native of Howard County, Ind., Mr. Lipinski currently resides in Carmel, Ind. with his wife.
