Ashley Bolduc

Ms. Bolduc joined Cummins & White, LLP in 2017. Ms. Bolduc practices in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. She counsels individuals starting businesses on what form of entity is best suited for them and how to maintain that business using ideal corporate governance practices. She prepares all corporate agreements and instruments such as stock purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, corporate minutes, and employee stock option plans and also navigates the currently complex waters of private offerings.

In addition, Ms. Bolduc reviews existing business agreements to provide guidance on how they can be improved to better protect the client. Prior to joining Cummins & White, Ms. Bolduc assisted a variety of businesses and business owners with their day-to-day legal needs alongside more extraordinary transactions like private offerings, mergers, and acquisitions.
