Austin earned his undergraduate degree from Middle Georgia State University in 2010 and initially pursued a career in banking and finance. However, his passion for advocacy led him to enroll in law school at Mercer University in 2016. While at Mercer, he excelled in trial practice and procedure, earning the prestigious International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award.

Upon graduating from law school, Austin joined a boutique litigation firm specializing in medical malpractice, where he honed his skills in high-stakes litigation.
