Autumn George brings a strategic approach to representing both carriers and private businesses, collaborating closely with clients to develop early assessments of exposure or liability and implement cost-effective defense strategies. Specializing in civil litigation in state and federal courts, Autumn represents businesses in litigation-whether related to negligence, contractual disputes, or general risk management guidance. She also handles claims involving professional negligence, real property and code enforcement, property insurance, landlord-tenant, and condominium associations.

With experience trying cases in state and federal courts and before the Office of the Judges of Compensation Claims, Autumn’s background includes working with several federal judges, where she gained judicial insights that enhance her practice. As a licensed instructor in Florida, Autumn regularly delivers continuing education seminars on topics such as ethics and claims handling, tactical negotiations and trial strategy, and best practices. She also welcomes the opportunity to create tailored presentations to meet the specific needs of her clients.
