He has served as outside general counsel, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of National and International Expansion for a retail franchise with over $60M in annual sales.
Mr. Kurtz is a member of the State Bar of California Franchise and Distribution Law Advisory Commission, the American Bar Association's Business Law Section and the ABA's Forum on Franchising.
