Barry L. Loftus

For Barry, working as an integral part of the American justice system is a way to improve society. In life and the pursuit of justice, Barry believes in getting to the heart of the matter and seeking resolution as soon as possible. He has successfully tried cases to verdict as a first-chair lawyer. He has prevailed on summary judgment in state and federal courts numerous times, and, in addition to his home state of Indiana, Barry has appeared in cases in California, Illinois, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Tennessee.

Barry was a print journalist for 11 years before pursuing his career in law and says, “Working on a 24/7 news cycle and interacting with people at all levels of society—from governors and star athletes to the downtrodden—gave me a unique perspective on the world.”
