Mr. Webster is the co-managing partner of the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group and a trial lawyer who specializes in handling business litigation on a contingency fee basis. Mr. Webster is a Board-Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Law. To obtain board certification, lawyers must pass a comprehensive examination that evaluates their knowledge, skills, and expertise in a specialty field. Board-certified lawyers also undergo a rigorous peer-review process that assesses their competence in the specialty field, as well as their professionalism and ethics in the practice of law. Over his career, he has seen many individuals and businesses with significant claims unable to access the civil justice system or properly pursue their claims due to the inability to pay the attorneys’ fees required by the traditional hourly fee model.

At Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Webster provides representation to clients involved in business disputes on a contingency fee (success fee) model, which allows his clients to obtain the best and most efficient results possible, regardless of their financial position.
