Benjamin Matthew Kurtz

Benjamin Matthew Kurtz has practiced law in Maryland since 2016, representing both individuals and entities with a primary focus on personal injury and criminal defense. In injury cases, he advocates for people who have suffered serious harm, guiding clients through the legal process with a compassionate, steady approach aimed at easing stress and pursuing the recovery they need. Many clients come to him through referrals from former clients and other attorneys, reflecting the trust he has earned. On the criminal side, Benjamin defends clients in matters ranging from misdemeanors—such as DUI/DWI, theft, assault, and controlled dangerous substances—to serious felonies, including attempted murder, sex offenses, felony assault, narcotics distribution, arson, burglary, weapons charges, and probation violations in both state and federal courts.
