Ben is widely respected as a passionate and fearless advocate whose work has helped expand workers’ compensation protections through precedent-setting legal victories, particularly for professional athletes and injured workers facing complex claims. In recognition of his impact in the courtroom and on the development of the law, he was named Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Maryland Association for Justice in 2015-one of the organization’s highest honors.

Under Ben’s leadership, CHASENBOSCOLO has grown into a firm of more than 30 attorneys and legal professionals, united by a shared commitment to client-centered advocacy and justice. Ben leads by example, maintaining a hands-on trial practice while mentoring attorneys and shaping firm culture around excellence, ethics, and accountability. Clients know him not only for his legal acumen but also for his compassion, accessibility, and unwavering dedication to protecting their rights and livelihoods.

Ben’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation, personal injury, and complex injury litigation, including cases involving catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, construction accidents, trucking collisions, premises liability, and inadequate security. He is also nationally known for representing professional athletes and has served as Designated Workers’ Compensation Counsel for major players’ associations, including the NFLPA, MLSPA, and PHPA. He is co-chair of the workers’ compensation panels for the NFLPA and PHPA.
