Benjamin W. "Ben" Hutton

Ben Hutton is a partner in the firm's Huntsville office, where he is member of the firm's Real Estate and Banking and Financial Services Practice Groups. His primary areas of practice include real estate, commercial lending, and general commercial transactions.

His practice concentrates on all aspects of commercial real estate acquisition, development, leasing, sale and financing transactions involving a variety of property types. Ben's significant experience includes: representing purchasers and sellers of office, industrial and retail properties, representing purchasers in multi-property, multi-state purchase transactions, and representing residential developers of detached housing and condominium developments.

Ben also represents lenders in all phases of lending and real estate finance transactions, including negotiating and documenting construction and permanent loans. He also has significant experience representing lenders in loan restructurings and modifications.

As title agent, Ben issues title insurance policies throughout the State of Alabama for a number of title insurance companies, including Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company.
