Benji Stern

Benji Stern is an Associate and a member of Alexander Holburn's Insurance Practice Group.

Benji has a broad litigation practice with a focus on professional liability, construction, and product liability. He also has experience with insurance claims and coverage, fraud, and personal injury matters.

Benji has represented a diverse range of clients, including engineers, contractors, architects, developers, construction managers, property owners, home inspectors, and others in the construction industry. He has also acted for financial advisors, brokers, accountants, as well as product manufacturers and distributors. Benji has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice on numerous occasions.

Benji is known for his efficient, practical approach to litigation. He works closely with clients to understand their goals, mitigate risks, and develop innovative solutions to complex issues. Whether seeking a cost-effective resolution or providing strong representation in court, Benji’s client-focused strategy prioritizes their best interests. During law school, he served as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Western Journal of Legal Studies and gained valuable experience at the legal clinic.
