Benoit Brouillette

Benoit Brouillette is a partner at the firm and is Leader of our Labour and Employment Law group. He represents a clientele made up of private, public and parapublic organizations and advises them on their strategic management of labour relations.

Benoit regularly serves as a management spokesperson during collective agreement negotiations in various economic sectors of all regions of Quebec.

He also represents employers in administrative and judicial proceedings.

He has extensive experience in workplace investigations of all kinds.

Benoit has contributed to many specialized labour relations conferences and has taught for the past few years at the Quebec Bar Association (École du Barreau du Québec).
