Dr. Kasraie, a founding member of Kasraie & Fodor, LLC, has over 30 years of legal and executive business experience across industries such as banking, energy, real estate, IT, and pharmaceuticals. His expertise spans resolving complex legal, financial, and corporate matters in regions including Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. Dr. Kasraie holds a J.D. and a Ph.D. in engineering and has co-founded two law firms, including Marchman & Kasraie, LLC, and later Kasraie & Fodor, LLC, focusing on corporate, securities, and international law.

Since 1998, he has served as a Financial and Economic Advisor to municipal governments in China. Dr. Kasraie has held directorships and advisory roles with global organizations such as Akam Industries (U.K.), Diamante Bank (Russia), and HOYU Municipal Utilities Group (PRC). A published author and educator, he has co-authored books and delivered seminars on international law, asset protection, and regulatory compliance. His accolades include the U.S. Presidential Order of Merit and the Presidential Gold Medal. Active in state and national politics, Dr. Kasraie is affiliated with prominent legal organizations, including the International Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.
