Bonnie J. Wolf

Ms. Wolf’s practice focuses on intellectual property law and civil litigation. She specializes in trade secret misappropriation, and trademark and copyright infringement cases. Ms. Wolf is experienced in managing complex discovery and trial preparation, as well as selecting and coordinating expert witnesses for a variety of high-tech U.S. and foreign-based clients. She has conducted many depositions in her litigation work, including both local and international individuals. Ms. Wolf has extensive motion practice and trial experience in both state and federal court.

Ms. Wolf attended Golden Gate University School of Law where she earned the Intellectual Property Law Specialization Certificate and involved with the Moot Court Board. Prior to joining IPLG, Ms. Wolf interned at a boutique IP firm in San Francisco and volunteered at the Lawyers Assistance Project of the Superior Court of Arizona.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Wolf’s career included process improvement management utilizing Six Sigma framework and risk analysis for a variety of Fortune 500 companies.
