Brad W. Craig is a shareholder based in the Nashville office of Lewis Thomason, bringing a wealth of experience as a seasoned litigator. With a focus on representing a diverse clientele, including large corporations, small businesses, and individuals, Mr. Craig adeptly handles a wide range of civil litigation matters. His areas of expertise encompass high exposure casualty defense, employment and discrimination issues, professional liability, transportation, and products liability, and he is proficient in navigating both trial and appellate courts across the State of Tennessee.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Craig is a trusted advisor to boards of education, private schools, and charter schools, providing counsel on various legal matters such as employee discipline and termination, student discipline, and special education. His practice extends to defending both public and private entities before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Office for Civil Rights, and the Tennessee Human Rights Commission.

Mr. Craig is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Craig plays a crucial role in the Lewis Thomason team as a member of the hiring committee for the Nashville office.
