Bradford H. Bernstein

Bradford “Brad” Bernstein represents the second generation of leadership at the Law Offices of Spar & Bernstein, P.C. Since joining the firm in 1993 and becoming a partner in 1997, Brad assumed leadership following the retirement of founder Harry Spar in 2000.

Over the course of his distinguished career, Brad has helped more than 100,000 clients navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law. His work has changed countless lives; helping individuals secure green cards, reunite with family members, and ultimately obtain U.S. citizenship.

Brad also provides strategic immigration guidance to companies of all sizes.
