Brandon Matsnev

Brandon is an associate with Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP and is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. He worked as a summer associate with the firm in 2016.

Brandon represents industrial companies, property developers, infrastructure projects, and utilities on a wide variety of environmental, land use, and worker safety matters. His practice includes advising on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as representing clients in civil litigation and in disputes with administrative agencies. He has particular experience helping clients navigate regulations promulgated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and defending clients in OSHA investigations and enforcement actions. He has also worked on matters involving environmental insurance, cost recovery under federal and state statutes, personal injury and property damage claims, and bankruptcy.
